About Özlem
Özlem has spent thirty years moving between the places where policy gets written and the places where it has to actually work: earthquake response, judicial reform, and education projects across four countries. The through-line isn't a sector. It's figuring out what a community will genuinely do differently once the funding ends. She's currently leading YouthGreen 5.0, a six-partner consortium on green skills and circular economy.
